What you need to know about our delivery service
- Simply give us your name at the counter to earn rewards every time you shop, you’ll never miss out on a chance to earn points.
- All orders are to be received and finalised by 11am Monday – Friday to be delivered on the same day.
- No minimum cost on prescription medication deliveries within our delivery radius (see Delivery Terms). A $10 fee will be charged on deliveries outside the radius.
- $50 minimum order for non-prescription medication deliveries. Orders under $50 will incur a $10 delivery fee.
- Loyalty points are still earnt on delivery orders, however points can only be redeemed in store.
- Please note we are unable to deliver any Schedule 8 medications. These will need to be collected at your closest Greenleaf pharmacy location.
FAQ
Yes, your prescriptions are our number one priority. All prescriptions are able to be delivered, free of charge Monday to Friday. If you are outside our delivery area, a small travel free may apply.
Yes, if your order does not contain a prescription a $50 minimum spend is required. Orders less than $50 will incur a small $10 delivery charge.
If you would like the delivery to be left at your doorstep please ensure payment is made upon order. We do not take responsibility for any theft or damage to your order once delivered. For particular medication and prescription orders, we require that you are home and present at drop off. If you are not home for this type of delivery a small re-delivery fee may apply.
Unfortunately not. All orders are to be received and finalised by 11am Monday – Friday and will be delivered on the same day. Exceptions may be made for emergencies, but this is up to the pharmacist on duties discretion.
